This Registered National, State, and City Historic Landmark is accepting applications for volunteer board positions for its nonprofit organization, Luther Burbank Home & Gardens Association.
The board of directors provides oversight for the City park, including the gardens and structures, archives and other collections on the property. The board drives strategic planning and fund development for the organization and works closely with the City of Santa Rosa Parks Dept. and the Luther Burbank Volunteer Association. We seek candidates with nonprofit board experience and skills in areas such as business management, marketing, fundraising, strategic planning, construction management, finance, law, technology, communication, and grant writing. Board members must be available for active, hands-on participation and have good leadership skills to guide the organization forward.
