International Dot Day

Orange watercolor dot with text that reads International Dot Day

International Dot Day is a global celebration of creativity, courage and collaboration. Starting with a children’s book, it has become a world-wide day to explore the power and potential of creativity.

We invite kids of all ages (with their grown-ups, too!) to join us to play with art, dots, and all sorts of round things. A garden is a great place for this sort of play!

Possible activities: collaborative mandalas using plant bits (leaves, stems, petals), drawing media (pastels, crayons, markers, pencils) and circle stencils, circle printmaking (stamps and paint), and of course, readings from the book.

Saturday, September 14, 2:00-4:00.
