Join us for Botanical Art & Beyond: An Afternoon with Amber R. Turner, Botanical Artist.

Amber will talk about the history of botanical art, from when it first emerged from Renaissance-era herbals to become the prime tool of botanists to its continued uses today.

Amber did extensive research on our ‘Paradox’ walnut in preparation for the annual Exhibition of Botanical Art at the UC Botanical Garden. She will have prints of this work, as well as other illustrations, on display in the Greenhouse.
